Well we've been seriously derelict in posting anything on the blog. Whoopsie! Anyway, we've been having tons of fun with Jack lately. He's getting more expressive, adventurous, verbal, hungry...and many other adjectives...

Thanks to Nina, Jack got to play with his first helium balloon this evening...and yes, I misspelled balloon in the video. I'm too lazy to fix it. enjoy!

Jack has been learning to feed himself with a spoon and/or fork. Some meals are cleaner than others. Becky (obviously not hurrying off anywhere this day) let Jack try his skills on a bowl of oatmeal. Enthusiastic for sure...but I just noticed the spoon is upside down.

In other news, Jack loves him some bath time. Regardless of the time of day, the novelty of his current plaything, or his mood, the words "Jack, do you want to take a bath?" cause him to drop everything (sometimes literally) and speed off to the tub. This particular time, I decided to see if the magic words would snap him out of the fussy mood he was in. It worked, and mom and dad got a good laugh at his expense.

Everything turned out okay...
