Then Phil double-bogey's the 18th when a par would win outright.

We planned to ignore this weekend on our blog. We didn't want to mention Woods missing the cut, and we definitely didn't want to mention Phil... well, I can't even say it.
Very, VERY disappointing...

Yeah, I couldn't help but laugh when they said it went into a garbage bag on hole 17!
