Jack has made a shift in the last week. Instead of crawling all the time with a few steps in between, now he walks almost 100% of the time when he needs to get somewhere. He's really good at getting up, he doesn't even use his hands most of the time. Here's a little video of the new skillz...plus his current favorite phrase, which is "ducka-ducka-ducka-ducka."

Forget walking! His latest skillz include psuedo ice-skating! Give that kid some traction. I just can't get over how much he has changed in just a few weeks. The fact that he is repeating you is so cool! Will he say mama & dada? Oh, he is just so gorgeous. I can't wait to see him on Friday!
I love the walking video. Penelope just was rolling all over the floor while we were eating dinner this evening and I thought of Jack and that he is walking. Soon it will be Penelope, weird!
Wow. Not only is he walking, but he has some pretty spiffy balancing skills! There is nothing like Jack's smile, especially when he is proud of himself. Can I get a ducka-ducka?!

We love the video and have watched it over and over. I'm amazed each time that Jack keeps from slipping! Carson and I sing a song called Six Little Ducks. We'll have to change it to Six Little Duckas! Go Jack!
Oh my goodness! SO CUTE! I kept waiting for him to wipe out! He's good. Watching that seriously makes me want to add to our family!!
